Terms and Conditions

As a participant in our affiliate program, we ask that you please read our terms and conditions carefully. We thank you for complying with our standards to ensure that we have a rewarding program.

Customers First—As an affiliate, you must not use any deceptive practices which misinform customers to your website. This includes misleading links and false advertising through the usage of expired offers, nonexistent coupons and/or other tactics which may be construed as "cookie stuffing." Hello!Lucky is committed to maintaining our brand integrity and best in class business practices to ensure customer satisfaction.

Brand and Trademark Guidelines—As an affiliate, you may only use the link(s), banner(s) and other creative(s) made available to you through ShareASale for the sole purpose of participating in the affiliate program. Any other usage of our trademarked name(s), logo(s) and designs is strictly prohibited unless written permission is granted by Hello!Lucky.

Pay Per Click (PPC) Guidelines—As an affiliate, you may not bid on our trademarked terms, including but not limited to the different variations and spelling of "Hello Lucky" in search campaigns on Google, Yahoo, MSN and any other network. This includes using "Hello Lucky" with any search keyword (ie: Hello Lucky promotions, Hello Lucky coupons).

Commission Fees—Our standard commission is 10% for all sales. However, we reserve the right to 1. Reverse commissions due to returns, order cancellations and order duplications made in error 2. Defer commissions for disputed orders and 3. Refuse commission for orders we reject and cannot fulfill.

New York Affiliate Solicitation Guidelines—Promotional activity for affiliates based in the state of New York is limited to the affiliate link on its website provided by Hello!Lucky via ShareASale. All other solicitation activities referring Hello!Lucky to customers, including, but not limited to emails, telephone calls, newsletters, flyers, brochures, printed materials are strictly prohibited.

Compliance With Applicable Laws—As an affiliate, you must comply with all laws and regulations (federal, state or local) of any government authority within your jurisdiction. This includes applicable laws governing marketing emails, the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and all other anti-spam laws.

Agreement Terms—We reserve the right to suspend or remove affiliates from our program at any time. Upon termination for any reason, you will cease use of, and remove all links, banners, logos and all other material provided to you by us or through ShareASale.

Getting Started

• To start, click onto "Join Now" which will lead you to our Affiliate Program Network Manager, ShareASale's website.
• Register your company details by completing the information required on the application provided. You can choose from an express or standard application depending on the type of email address you use.
• Express Application—you can only use this application if you have an email address for that domain. For example, for the website www.hellolucky.com, the email address must be name@hellolucky.com.
• Standard Application—if you are using an alternative email address that does not contain your domain name, you should use a standard application. It is preferable to provide an email address that is listed on your domain's WHOIS record, which will make it easier for your application to be reviewed. This process will take slightly longer than an express application as ShareASale must verify your company details.
• Within 48 hours, you will receive notification about approving your account. Once you received the approval email from Hello!Lucky via ShareASale, you can go to www.shareasale.com to log in and begin selecting banner links you wish to display on your website.

How Does The Program Work?

After you register and are accepted to the Hello!Lucky Affiliate Program, you can start placing banners and other creatives provided via ShareASale on your website. When your visitors click onto the Hello!Lucky website through these banner links, the visitor is tagged and associated with your website as the referring source when the order is placed. With each sale, your account is credited for a 10% commission and ShareASale makes monthly payments when your account reaches the $50 minimum.
