Yes. Simply note any adjustments to the fonts or spacing in the Special Instructions box and our designers will make these changes free of charge. Text editing is currently somewhat limited on our website, so the online preview is intended to be just a rough idea of how the printed card will be look. Your card will be created by a professional designer and you will receive 2 free .pdf proofs prior to printing.
You may choose from a range of ink colors, fonts, and envelope colors using our online customization process. In addition, we offer the following customization options for an additional charge:
Colors. You can change yours colors to any of our standard ink colors, below, for an additional fee of $25 per color. You may choose a custom color (please specify a Pantone or CMYK color) for an additional $50 per color.
Fonts. You may change your fonts to any of our standard fonts, below, for an additional fee of $25 per font. Don"t see a font you like? Feel free to e-mail us with the name of your desired font, and we will check our library – if we have it, you may use it on your card for the fee of $25 per font. You may also e-mail us the link to a custom font from a font website such as myfonts.com. You will be charged $25 + the font cost (generally around $30).
Custom Design. Custom illustrations and design for invitations, announcements, maps, and other stationery are available for $75 - $150 per hour. Please contact us and speak to a design consultant to discuss our ideas.
Yes. Custom design costs $150 per hour for our Creative Director and $75 per hour for one of our seasoned designers, plus printing. A typical card design ranges from $250–$500, depending on the complexity. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain a quote.

Fun, original designs. Our designs are created by our dedicated team of in-house designers, and have been featured by style editors at Daily Candy, Lucky, Real Simple, the New York Times Sunday Styles, the Financial Times, and Marie Claire, to name a few. Hello!Lucky co-founders, Eunice & Sabrina Moyle were named among the 2009 "Hot 20 under 40" by San Francisco"s 7 × 7 Magazine, and we won SF Weekly's "Best of Wedding Invitations" award in 2009.
Premium eco-friendly paper. We print only on the finest quality eco-friendly paper available—our flat photo cards are printed on 130 lb cardstock that is 100% post-consumer waste recycled and FSC certified.
State of the art printing. Our holiday cards are digitally printed using the most state-of-the-art equipment available. Because our printers ourselves and our roots are in fine art letterpress printing, we are huge sticklers for detail and strive to make our digitally printed cards look just like letterpress (or as close as possible!).
Boutique customer service. We are a small boutique design firm—our designs are developed in-house, and we offer excellent, hands-on customer service. We offer the most competitive prices we can given our small scale.
