WHOLESALE ACCOUNTS
To open a wholesale account, please submit a completed New Retailer Application. The form can be filled out here.
ORDERING AND PAYMENTS
Please contact us if you would like to set up an account at wholesale.eggpress.com. The Egg Press wholesale website is the easiest and fastest way to see new products and place orders. You may also submit wholesale orders via fax or email, or through your local sales rep. All opening orders must be prepaid. Net 30 terms can be set up on approval for all subsequent orders unless you prefer to remain on credit card terms. Egg Press accepts payment by credit card (Visa, Master Card, and American Express), check, or wire transfer. Minimum order is $250 for new accounts and $100 for existing. Single cards are sold in quantities of 6.
SHIPPING
Processing time is 3-10 business days, depending on order size and product availability. If you need your shipment expedited, please contact information@eggpress.com with your request. During certain peak shipping times, requests for rush orders are much more difficult to accommodate, and we cannot always guarantee immediate turnaround.
Shipping costs are assessed at the time of shipping and will be added to your final invoice. Orders shipping within the lower 48 states will ship via UPS ground. We ship via DHL or USPS Priority to all other locations. Egg Press is not responsible for any duties or customs fees that may be applied by your country. BACKORDERS
Backorders that amount to $30 or more will ship as soon as they are ready. If you would like to cancel any backorders or request shipment of lower value backorders, please contact information@eggpress.com.
RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS
Changes to your order must be made within 24 hours of submission. Returns must be authorized by Egg Press and will only be accepted if original merchandise arrived damaged or was shipped in error. Any fulfillment errors must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
